I`m in Japan until the beginning of January. Didn`t imagine I would knit her. I did bring some yarn and needles. More for the comfort, knowing they where available, than actually planning to knit anything. But it seems I`ll be knitting at least every Friday thanks to some people that want to learn :) It started last week when my teacher asked me if I could teach her to knit. So last Friday I gave her some 3.25mm needles and my yarn . We practised cast on and knit stitch. Very fun and quite a challenge to explain how to knit using Japanese. Afterwards I talked to a friend, and she asked if I could teach her to. So next Friday I have two students. Feels very strange to be called 先生 （Sensei – teacher）, as this is quite the lofty title in Japanese :D
